Klear Projects
Trading from January 2024 · Klear Projects Ltd from October 2025 · Bournemouth
Full-house renovations, extensions and structural reconfigurations for homeowners, developers and private investors, from £80k to £1.5m. I manage each job from feasibility and budget through to handover. That means coordinating the trades, liaising with architects, engineers and building control, and reporting clearly on cost and programme as the job goes.
One recent project sat within a conservation area. It needed close work with planners and heritage officers, bespoke joinery and careful detailing to meet conservation requirements while still achieving a modern finish.

2025–2026 · Whole-house renovation
Little Forest Road
Bournemouth · our largest project to date
A 16-month renovation of a large family home, managed from strip-out to handover. Under scaffold through the winter, the house was taken back and rebuilt room by room: a new kitchen, two bathrooms, a panelled hallway and staircase, a full rewire with smart controls and a home gym.
Outside, the roof was renewed and the gardens landscaped with new terraces and steps, and a new driveway with EV charging.
2025 · Investor refurbishment
Victoria Road
Bournemouth · for a private investor
A full refurbishment of a terraced house for a private investor, from purchase to completion. The work covered structural alterations, a new roof, a rear extension, re-rendering and a complete fit-out, with costs tracked against the investment budget throughout.
2024 · Pool & leisure
Wilderton Road
Poole · private residence
Electrical work for a new pool and leisure building: a pool hall with a movable floor that rises to cover the pool, a home gym behind a glass screen with colour-changing LED lighting, step and terrace lighting outside, and an EV charger for the house.
2026 · Smart building
Marsham Court Hotel
Bournemouth · Loxone installation and ongoing support
A Loxone smart system for a working hotel, with lighting control across the building run from neatly labelled central cabinets. The installation was planned around guests and staff, and we now provide ongoing support for the system.
